Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Value Reduction (EU Law)

Under EU consumer law, we may deduct an amount from your refund if the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, a reasonable value deduction will be applied.
